We’re taking the freshest Australian fish, pairing it with seasonal local produce and our signature Méjico flavours, that we know you love, and serving it all with the best margarita in Bondi.
There’s nothing better than a swim in the sea followed by burritos and cold beers with your crew. Market fresh fish and seasonal produce in our ceviche bowls with signature flavours like hibiscus hot sauce, aji amarillo and lime, achiote and grapefruit and pistachio dukkah. Add a side of our famous guac and seasoned plantain chips or corn ribs. Méjico Fish Market is simply what’s best about Bondi and the sea. Stop by for some fun and the burrito of your life. Méjico Fish Market is Sam Prince's newest and most exciting concept, and where better to launch our first outpost than a stone’s throw from the iconic Bondi Beach. Mejico Fish Market marries our passion for healthy and authentic Mexican cuisine with the beautiful, fresh seafood we’re fortunate to have from our coastal Australian waters. Put simply, we source the freshest fish from the market and serve it with modern Mexican flavours.
Working closely with our suppliers allows us to champion the freshest seasonal fish. Some days that may be Humpty Doo Barramundi or Yellow Fin Tuna from Coffs Harbour, and others, it could be Snapper from Western Australia or Mooloolah River Tuna.
We believe in supplying our customers with fresh seafood, sustainably & responsibly caught. We strive to make conscious decisions when it comes to our menu & source fish that are caught with minimal impact.
